Colorado native Eleanor Byström currently resides in Ytterjärna, Sweden with her husband Jesper, two daughters Lea & Aria, and cat Freja.

Her paintings are playful and colorful and express her way of seeing the world around her as a magic and miraculous world of wonder and possibilities.

She enjoys experimenting with performance art, video art, sculputure and life & living as art.

Eleanor holds a Masters Degree in Painting from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the oldest Art school and museum in the US. She has taught Painting & Drawing at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and also taught Middle school & High School art in the US and Sweden. She has exhibited in Colorado, Pennsylvania, New York and Stockholm and would like to expand that!

Eleanor is an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, teaches Yoga and Pilates classes, thrives on good music, dancing, laughter, good food and lots of time in nature with her family. Her biggest mission in life is to empower people to know what they know, Be themselves and enjoy life & living more than they think is possible. Her art is an exploration of her life and experiences.
